What materials do you use?

Our collection is crafted from medical grade 316L stainless steel. This is the same high quality material used in medical implants and high end watches, ensuring your pieces are incredibly strong and long lasting.

Is your jewellery hypoallergenic?

Yes! Because we use medical grade stainless steel, our jewellery is hypoallergenic and safe for those with sensitive skin who usually react to copper or nickel.

Will the "golden color" fade or turn my skin green?

No. Unlike cheap "gold plated" jewellery, our stainless steel pieces use an advanced PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) coating. This makes the golden finish much thicker and more durable than traditional plating, meaning it won't turn your skin green or flake off with normal wear.

Is the jewellery waterproof?

Yes, stainless steel is naturally water resistant. While we recommend avoiding harsh chemicals to keep the gold finish extra bright, your jewellery is much more resistant to sweat and water than traditional fashion jewellery.

How long will it take to receive my order?

In stock items ship within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days. You'll receive tracking information once your order ships.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

No. All jewellery comes in an elegant gift box at no extra charge. 

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship within Canada. International shipping may be available in the future.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn items in original condition with tags attached. Custom or personalized pieces are final sale. See our Return and Refund Policy for complete details.
